Bring water, or you can purchase it at the studio. You will need a mat, which you can rent from us for $5 if you do not bring your own. We offer luxury non-slip Bala mats, but we do not rent mat towels.
Paired with a healthy lifestyle, you'll begin to feel and see the benefits of your Babe workouts quickly! Our schedule is designed to offer classes daily, but remember to allow yourself rest days. We also recommend trying our recovery options, as your body needs rest to grow stronger. Our focus is on helping you feel strong and confident, both physically and mentally.
We adore your furry friends! Unfortunately, due to space constraints in our lobby, we are unable to accommodate pets. Don't worry though—while you're here, you can cuddle with our studio pup named Strawberry until you're back home with your baby!

We are located at 2119 NW 2nd Avenue, between 21st & 22nd street in Wynwood. You can find us below The Astra, next door to Omakai Sushi, Louivver, and The Moon.
You can easily sign up for class using MindBody or directly from our website. Just click the "Book a Class" button on the homepage to get started.
There is ample street parking available in this part of Wynwood, as well as a paid parking lot located across the street.

Exercising during pregnancy should be discussed with your doctor. Please contact us at hello@babehotpilates.com for more information or to arrange a non-heated private session.
To ensure as many babes can join class as possible, we enforce a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations incur a $15 fee. No-shows are charged $20. You will also forfeit your class if you cancel or no-show. Please plan ahead and make sure to cancel on time if you can't make it!

Babe classes are perfect for all levels! Our instructors provide modifications to make the workout accessible for beginners.
Wear your grip socks! The Pink Rom is stunning but slippery when wet. If you do not have grip socks, we have them in studio for purchase.
Hydrate well the night before and throughout the day—our bodies need time to process water! Wear comfortable, move-with-you athletic wear and get set to sweat it out!
Aim to arrive 15 minutes before the class starts. This gives you ample time to check in, choose your spot, meet the instructor, and get ready for your workout. We start classes on time; if you arrive after the class starts, you risk losing your spot to someone on the waitlist and we can not guarantee entry if you are late.

Yes, we have a waitlist available. Feel free to sign up! If a spot opens up, you'll receive a notification via text or email (make sure you’ve activated notifications in your MindBody account.) You're also welcome to show up in case a last-minute spot becomes available.
Yes! We offer a shower for your convenience. Please limit your time as we only have one available. We have shower towel rentals for $5.
Yes, we provide lockers for securely storing your belongings. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

You must be 18 years old to practice at Babe Hot Pilates. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis for those 16-17 years old. Please email hello@babehotpilates.com for inquiries.

Single-class packs expire 30 days from the purchase date. Five-class packages expire 3 months from the purchase date, and ten-class packs expire 6 months from the purchase date.
Class packages are not transferable.

VIP membership includes free mat rentals for your sessions, in addition to unlimited class access offered by our standard membership.
We'll be sad to see you go, but we understand life happens! Please provide us with a written email to hello@babehotpilates.com giving 30 days' notice for cancellation. Note that text messages or in-person notifications will not be considered valid for cancellation. For further details, refer to your membership contract.

Yes! We understand Miami babes like to get away. Simply email us at hello@babehotpilates.com, at least two weeks before your trip, and we can put your account on hold for up to 3 months.
